Residents on the search for a new home will be happy with the announcement that construction is currently taking place on a new waterfront development in Al Bateen.
Bloom Properties announced the construction of the Abu Dhabi Marina development during Cityscape Abu Dhabi, a real estate and property exhibition, earlier this week.
The landmark marina will feature luxury residences, executive serviced apartments, a five star hotel and plenty of dining outlets for both residents and guests. With a total built-up area 149,719 sq m, the destination is set to include 225 residential apartments and 57 serviced apartments. 3,000 sq m of premium retail along the waterfront has also been designated.
