More than 40 contestants of Indian origin from across the globe, participated in the Miss India Worldwide pageant in the city recently. Miss India US Monica Gill was ultimately crowned Miss India Worldwide 2014 with second place going to Miss India Switzerland and third place to Miss India Bahrain. The winner took home a cash prize of $8,000 and various sponsored gifts, including photo sessions and modelling assignments as well as the coveted crown.
