Freshen up your wardrobe!

If this spring had a formal hue then it would definitely be mint green. A fresh and delightful alternative to white, this lovely pastel emerged on international runways for Tory Burch and Rodart

What I love about this shade is that just like classical white, it matches almost every hue, adds a romantic feel to the overall look and would look awesome if you opted to rock the colour blocking trend – with pastel hues instead of neons. Think of pairing a mint pair of trousers with a sheer white blouse, or a blush cropped top (a huge trend this season as well).

The colour took over the accessories this season as well, with designers such as Louis Vuitton and jewellers opting for this hue in this season’s collections.

I also love how this colour is one of the hugest nail trends this season. I have opted for it a number of times when I had my nails done, and let me to tell you this: it compliments every skin tone. That’s the beauty of it.

Just like international designers, high street retailers adopted this hue in their clothing. My personal favourites are a pair of sheer pleated trousers from Zara.
