Chef de Cuisine Trevor McLeod has created a celebratory menu for guests wanting to enjoy their end of year within the intimate setting of Marco Pierre White Steakhouse & Grill. Guests may select items from the a la carte menu including butter poached lobster with corn dumplings, duck leg cassoulet and grilled baguette, and ‘Million Dollar’ shortbread and Manchester tart (a traditional English baked tart with raspberry jam and a custard filling). Patrons will also receive complimentary entry for the New Year’s Eve party in Chameleon.
