Finz hosts Scottish Guest Chef Donald Munro for 5 days during the month of September. Chef Donald will be visiting Finz and has prepared a selection of dishes influenced by Scottish produce to complement the Finz ala carte menu. Bringing a wealth of experience to the Finz kitchen having worked for the RAC Club and Skibo castle in Scotland, some interesting dishes have been created and will be further complemented by a Scottish beverage menu.
