Jason Statham is back – bigger, better and badder than ever!

After a young Chinese maths prodigy is kidnapped by the Triads, and then by the Russian mafia, former agent Luke (Statham) rescues her and finds himself in the centre of a global manhunt. There’s nothing especially original here, but the director handles the material well, delivering a film that plays to The Stath’s strengths – slapping people and generally being hard, but a softie underneath.

Definitely Statham’s best film for a long while and a must-see for all the action fans.
