History: Rafe was originally one of the Officer City Six who were discovered and rescued by SAD in May 2009. Rafe was adopted in July 2009 but unfortunately his new family abandoned him and he is now back in the SAD programme.

Personality: Rafe is calm, submissive, gentle and affectionate; he has perfect manners, is super smart and willing to please. He deserves a second chance with a family that will take their responsibility to him seriously. Rafe is fully vaccinated, neutered and house trained.
