Top Three...Open kitchens

Blue Grill
If you want to keep an eye on the chef as he prepares your favourite cut of steak then head on down to the Blue Grill at Yas Island Rotana. You can spy on the chefs throughout the preparation of your meal. We took our parents for dinner and even managed to get a wave from one of the chefs we’d been chatting to earlier at the pool! CuiScene
We love the live cooking stations at Fairmont. As massive foodies ourselves, it’s always exciting to see what we’re about to eat whisked up before our eyes, whether it’s pasta, sushi, a quick curry or a delicious pancake for dessert. If only we were so adept at creating the dishes in our own kitchen. Contact: 02 654 3333

Teatro
Whether you’re a lover of fresh sushi or you’ll be continent-hopping through Teatro’s extensive menu, you’ll be able to watch all the action in the open kitchen. We love to watch the steam rising out of the wok as the chef throws in a handful of noodles or the deft strokes of the sushi chef as he prepares a plate of delicious sashimi. Contact: 02 657 3333
