Top Three...Salads

Fattoush
We don’t know how we lived before we got our first taste of fattoush. This delicious salad filled with fried pita chips, tomato chunks, pomegranate seeds and cucumber is one of our all-time favourites. Healthy, light and perfectly spiced with a handful of sumac, we’ve been known to have this stand-alone side as a main – since it really is that good!

Caprese Salad
Don’t let the simplicity of this salad fool you, rounds of mozzarella and ripe tomatoes doused in olive oil really is perfect. We absolutely love the incorporation of salty parmesan shavings and fresh basil in this recipe to really start your meal with a bang.

Goats Cheese Salad
Since we’re convinced we were mice in another life, cheese is one thing we can’t get enough of. And in this salad, cheese heads will be more than satisfied. The always tangy goats cheese is heaped generously on portions of bread tucked into a bowl of leafy greens filled with our favourites: pine nuts, sundried tomatoes and balsamic vinaigrette.
