New York Fries: Fattoush flavour
French fries and fattoush? Two dishes that never disappoint only be better together. Admittedly, it is a bit of a stretch to call this fattoush but one we are still capable of making. These fries that come with pomegranate molasses and sumac spice. Delicious!

Cafe Layali Zaman
This cool cafe is an institution here in Abu Dhabi and for good reason. The fattoush salad served here is one of our favourites in all of Abu Dhabi. When the weather is nice, make sure you grab a seat in the garden to enjoy the view.

The reason we love the fattoush here is that it is always fresh, perfectly seasoned and filled with our favourite crispy pita chip croutons. If you’re not familiar with this place it’s high time you got acquainted.
