Shang Palace
We suggest making lunch or dinner at Shang Palace your only meal of the day as you won’t want to stop eating. Start with the spicy won ton soup and steamed chicken buns (our favourite), then move on to the shrimp and vegetable dumplings and spring rolls. Wash it all down with some delicious jasmine tea.

Noodle Box
Seeking inspiration from Thailand, Malaysia and China, Noodle Box at Yas Hotel offers a wealth of choice. Our favourites though are the sweet and sour chicken and the Peking duck. Each piece of sweet and sour chicken is moist on the inside, crunchy on the outside while the duck pancakes come with a choice of hoi sin or plum sauce, and even some peanuts on the side.

Talay
Overlooking the beach in front of Le Méridien Abu Dhabi, Talay is a great spot for a satisfying and authentic taste of Thailand. We love their tom yum goong, packed with prawns and straw mushrooms – this soup packs a punch with a healthy dose of fresh chilli.
