Everyone needs to relax. No matter who you are it’s always great to unwind. While some apps will entertain and excite you, it’s nice to have a few alternatives and indeed some alternative therapy – so why not try reflexology? These apps may not get your blood pumping, but they will definitely hold your attention. Whether they help you sleep, relax, relieve pain or stimulate your brain, here are three of our favourites that you’ll want to check out…
Flexible friend
Slick, simple and informative. Does exactly what it says on the tin – a selection of straightforward charts showing the areas and pressure points on the foot that correspond with organs in the zones of the body. We particularly like the great zoom function and easy-to-follow colour-coding but it would be nice to have just a little more information to accompany the charts.

No mean feet
One of the most comprehensive apps out there, iFoot incorporates a number of massages, walk-throughs and extensive foot to body maps, all aimed at helping you relax, calm your mind and even increase your libido (apparently). Incredibly user-friendly, intuitive and packed with extra features including among other things a nice dietary section, iFoot really does have it all.

Feeling your way
If you only download one reflexology app, make sure it’s this imaginatively titled offering from YodaCom. Packed with the latest alternative news, videos, images, charts and Q&A sections, this app illustrates how reflexology can help with everything from stress and digestive disorders to insomnia and back pain. Available on both iPhone and Android, this app has recently been reduced from $2.99 and is currently free for a limited period of time – grab it while you can.
