Aimed at encouraging the entire family to get active, Zayed Sports City is holding its first ‘Get Fit’ open day between 3pm and 9pm.

Training, coaching, seminars, and demonstrations by top Abu Dhabi sporting federations, associations and clubs will be offered to the public free of charge, while all the facilities in the sports complex will be free as well. The little ones are not forgotten either as there will be plenty of fun-filled activities including bouncy castles, Zorb balls, cartoon character appearances, face painting, balloon-making clowns and cooking classes for them to enjoy.
