If there is one look that will define this year’s spring/summer outfit, then it’s be floral prints.

If you are an avid fashion follower, you will know that floral prints are spring staples and designers always add a different twist to them.

For this season they have taken floral prints to a whole new level. Think techno floral prints – abstract and graphic prints of flowers.

Celine, Mary Katranzou and Christopher Kane are only a few of the many designers who adopted these looks for their collections and of course high-street retailers had their own take on the trend.

How to rock this trend? Follow these steps below

• Look for floral prints in bright shades, or tropical hues
• Pair up a floral printed blouse with a pair of white trousers or a skirt, which are also huge trends this season
• Rock both the floral and colour block trend by pairing a floral piece with a bright item, and in this case opt for nude accessories, or keep them to a minimum
• Follow Mart Katranzou’s trend and pair up two items of clothing that have different flowers.
• If you’re not brave enough to pull off a floral printed outfit, why not opt for a floral printed pair of heels or clutch?
