Fans of the original who have been patiently waiting for this shameless remake of Arnold Schwarzeneger’s epic sword and sorcery saga are unfortunately in for a big disappointment – this is a muddled mess of a film bogged down by poor acting, cheesy dialogue and an incoherent plot. If we had to be positive then perhaps we could say Jason Momoa, the new Conan, is a better actor than Arnie. However, this is a relative statement – he’s still terrible.
