Little Fockers

Failsafe Fockers

failsafefockers

Director: Paul Weitz
Starring: Robert De Niro, Ben Stiller, Owen Wilson, Teri Polo

It’s taken ten years and two little Fockers, but Greg Focker (Stiller) has finally made it into the circle of trust with feisty, ever sceptical father-in-law Jack (De Niro).

But as the both families descend on Greg and Pam (Polo) for the children’s birthday party, Greg’s behaviour is back under the ex-secret agent’s microscope; Greg’s determination to make financial ends meet sees him moonlighting at a drugs company and fighting off the advances of a gorgeous colleague. It’s enough to raise the suspicions of Jack who’s looking to find a successor. Will Greg be able to prove his worth, or will he be ousted from the circle of trust for good?

The third instalment of the hugely popular comedy franchise is still just as side-splittingly funny; there’s great chemistry from all of the cast and the humour comes fast and easy with plenty of fresh one-liners and hilarious scenes.

We’re not sure how much further Universal can take the franchise beyond Little Fockers, but one thing’s for sure – the third time is most definitely lucky.
