Ice Age 3: Dawn of the Dinosaurs

warmreceptionThe loveable creations of 20th Century Fox are anything other than icy as the latest slice of entertainment lands in cinemas this week.

Stealing the thunder from the likes of Disney, the third instalment from the Ice Age saga will have big and small kids alike glued to their seats as they follow the laughable adventures of Sid, Manny, Diego and the rest of their prehistoric pals.

This time the animated stars find themselves face to face with a bunch of thawed-out dinosaurs who come back to life after being freed from a block of ice. When the gang aren’t being chased by crazed dinosaurs, they’re busy trying to raise families, find love – and of course –hang on to their acorns.

Ice Age 3 manages to maintain all the humour of the first and second animations with a fresh and side-tickling tale of friendship. Guaranteed to be a hit this summer, Ice Age 3 is simply modern 3D digital mastery at its finest and funniest.
