Dear Abu Dhabi Week,
I was just wondering when there will be a ladies only beach. I understand it has been several years since there was one available. It was one of the main reasons I was looking forward to living in Abu Dhabi was that there would be a beach and club exclusively for women. So where is it and when will it be available? Thanks,

Editor: We asked Abu Dhabi Municipality and this was their response:
“Abu Dhabi Ladies Club used to have a private beach only for women, but it has been closed. The Municipality is currently studying the allocation of a temporary ladies beach until a permanent one is designated in the near future.”
