International fashion brands took to the catwalk as Fashion Week 2010 kicked off at Khalidiyah Mall.
Brands including BHS, Aldo, La Senza and Debenhams – who all hold residence at the mall – showcased the latest trends from a makeshift catwalk in the main atrium of the mall.

Two more shows will take place on 11th and 12th March, but “expect them every season following this,” said mall manager Marcello Larizza following the event.

“The shows are a great, fun and unique way to attract more shoppers, as well as strengthen the relationship between tenants and the mall,” he added.

I really like this idea, it's one of many ways to promote the mall, make people feel the event in direct way and show how much the management is very keen to achieve customers satisfaction at the end of the day.
