Inakaya
Robatayaki – a Japanese grilling technique that blurs the lines between cooking and performance art – and the original delicacies created by Executive Chef Keneth Kim make dining at this new Japanese destination a theatrical as well as a gourmet experience. Inakaya Abu Dhabi joins the Tokyo and New York restaurants in the same family; it’s in the Venetian Village at The Ritz-Carlton Abu Dhabi Grand Canal.

Acropolis
Chef Valsamis Konstantinos has brought the essence of Athenian flavours to Abu Dhabi. Greek delicacies such as mezzedakia, spitiko tzatzik, gyros, mousaka, and loukoumades make up a creative menu full of Mediterranean style. Replacing Le Méridien’s Le Bistrot restaurant, Acropolis has spacious seating both indoors and outdoors and a resident Greek band performing daily.

Sacci
This new Italian destination enlisted Executive Chef David Contreras and Chef de cuisine Stefano Micocci to develop a menu of Florentine inspiration, bringing something different to the capital’s popular Italian dining scene. From the juicy Fiorentina (a T-bone steak carved at your table) to handmade pastas, stone-baked pizzas and inviting desserts, this gourmet venue at The Westin Abu Dhabi Golf Resort & Spa is already proving to be a real hit.
