Looking for a townhouse or villa in Abu Dhabi with all those added luxuries that make a community so special and desirable to live in? Golf Gardens may be just the place to set up your new home

Golf Gardens is located beside the Abu Dhabi Golf Club and The Westin Abu Dhabi Golf Resort and Spa, a 25-minute drive from Abu Dhabi city and an hour from Dubai.

Renters have a range of townhouse and villas to choose from. Options include the three-bedroom Jouri townhouses, four-bed Khuzama townhouses, four-bed Gardenia villas, five-bed Narjis and Lailak villas and the six-bedroom Orchid villas.

Facilities include a squash court, tennis court, swimming pools, Jacuzzi, spa room, multi-purpose hall, children’s playroom, sauna, massage room, a coffee shop, supermarket, laundromat, mosque and 24-hour maintenance service.

“Golf Gardens is a more luxurious alternative to Al Raha Gardens,” says Alan Kaye senior property consultant at Cluttons.

“Golf Gardens offers villas of a much larger size than what is available at Al Raha Gardens. The larger properties all have swimming pools and spacious gardens, and some have great views overlooking the golf course.

“There is a real sense of community due to the number of organised activities that take place – from children’s games around the pool during the daytime to evening activities designed to get people together,” Kaye adds.

You will pay more for a property at Golf Gardens than at Al Raha Gardens and the rent is as follows: AED 240,000 for a four-bed Khuzama townhouse,
AED 280,000 for a Gardenia villa, AED 200,000 for a three-bed Narjis villa, AED 350,000 for a five-bed Lailak villa,
AED 330,000 for a five-bed Narjis villa and AED 490,000 for an six-bed Orchid villa.

So, what do you get for your money? Shelley Jenkins executive director, property management department at Khidmah explains: “Golf Gardens is an elegant community with captivating gardens and panoramic views. A walk into an Orchid villa starts at the entrance of a beautiful boulevard. On
either side is an expansive garden decorated with a trellis, fountain and exterior garden lighting.

“The Lailak, Gardenia and Narjis villas are all designed as warm, welcoming living spaces. The facades are embellished with a combination of wood,
glass and stone.

“The Jouri and Kuzama townhouses are simple yet comfortable. Designed for the smaller-sized family, each one has a quaint garden. Their stone façades lend the same charm as the villas have. The townhouses are adjoined to each other giving the residents a sense of community and belonging.”

Jenkins adds: “It is a real community with retail and entertainment areas and a clubhouse that organises many events for the residents, including barbeque pool parties, special occassion parties, sales, awareness campaigns and a lot more besides.”
