History: Pheipher had been with his owner since birth, but he had to leave the country unexpectedly and had to leave Pheipher behind.
Personality: Pheipher is a bit timid but once he gets comfortable, he is very loving and playful. He loves being affectionate and sitting next to you and being cuddled. He enjoys being outside so would enjoy a home where he was allowed to go out and play.
