It’s been a long, long time. So it certainly wasn’t unusual to discover soul man Tom Jones is returning to the capital.
FLASH Entertainment recently announced that the iconic Welsh soul singer would once again grace the stage on Thursday 19th September with a performance at the du Forum on Yas Island.
Fans will get to hear the “She’s a Lady” crooner belt out his greatest hits along with plenty of new material from his last two critically acclaimed albums, Praise and Blame and Spirit in the Room.
Appearing last in Abu Dhabi in 2010, Jones’ musical career has since seen a resurgence in interest and popularity. Critics have been generous with their praise for the singer’s concert selections of gospel, blues and contemporary classic material.
Tickets are AED 300 for general admission and AED 450 for Golden Circle. They are currently on sale now and are available from www.ticketmaster.ae.
