IKEA’s cuddly drive for kids’ education

Residents looking to pick up a cuddly toy this month at IKEA will help support children’s education around the world. For every soft toy sold in the Yas Island store from now till 4th January 2014, the IKEA Foundation will donate AED 5 to UNICEF. Designed to improve the lives of children less fortunate, the UAE campaign will feature an added component. Partnered with The Supreme Council for Motherhood and Childhood, customers can drop off soft toys they purchase into a donation box at the checkout, which will then be distributed to underprivileged children within the UAE.
