Residents in the capital are being encouraged to get moving at the city’s latest inaugural fitness and lifestyle event, Abu Dhabi Alive. To take place at the Zayed Sports City from 27th to 30th November, guests looking to take charge of their health and kick their fitness levels up a notch, will benefit from a variety of free consultations, activities and tips to improve their lifestyle.
The event, aimed at educating residents about healthy habits and encouraging an active routine, will include a variety of activities and health related games including free body composition assessments, live Zumba classes, a climbing wall, timed fitness tests and fantastic prizes and giveaways. In an effort to tailor to all types of visitors, interested guests can also learn more about holistic health concepts such as Chinese medicine, Reiki and homeopathy.
The show will be open from 11am to 8pm everyday. Free entry is available to everyone, while a charge of AED 5 each day is applied to those looking to use facilities such as the bowling centre, tennis courts, beach tennis and rugby field.
