A romantic spot overlooking Khalidiya, Blue Line is a favourite for couples. Tuck into their extensive menu or just kick back and enjoy the live music. A great place to curl up in a corner and have a private conversation over drinks and nibbles.

Heroes
One of the oldest sports bars in the capital, the basement pub Heroes continues to satisfy. Most nights, the focus is on the multiple sporting events broadcast on screens around the room, but when the band kicks in, the dance floor is jammed. Go hungry – the menu is full of bits, bites and hearty mains.

Level Lounge
There’s roof top, and then there’s Level Lounge. What better way to kick off the weekend in the open air than poolside? Chill out to the sounds of local and international DJ’s every Wednesday, Thursday and Friday night and take in the downtown view.

Thirty 1st Bar and Lounge
Rooftop Thirty 1st Bar and Lounge is already making a name for itself. On the 9th floor of the Holiday Inn Abu Dhabi, Thirty 1st features plenty of beverages and sports on TV in two rooms. Not the biggest meeting spot in Abu Dhabi, but a nice one that’s getting some well-deserved attention.
