AFC delegation visits UAE

Abdulla Naser Al Junaibi, vice chairman of the Professional League Committee, received the AFC delegation yesterday. They are currently paying a visit to the professional league clubs in the UAE and will remain here until 10th October

The delegation includes Maksat Cklishimamatov, development manager of professional football in the AFC, Haoming Chen, marketing manager, Steve Kim, director of media relations and Avazbek Berdeklov, adminsitrative manager of AFC competitions. The meeting was attended by Dr. Khalid Mohammad Abdullah and Khalid Al Fahim, members of the board of directors of the committee along with Anas Bukhash, COO of the committee.

Abdulla Naser Al Junaibi welcomed the visiting delegation and said, "I hope that you achieve the goals of this visit paid to the professional league clubs, and in UAE, we aim to take the first rank at the level of the Asian ranking in the game of football."

The delegation also visited the Tahnoun Bin Mohammed Stadium at Al Qattara in Al Ain for a full tour.

During these visits to the professional clubs in UAE, several matters will be discussed related to the organisation of the games, technical standards required, in addition to fans attendance and all issues related to marketing and media in the 12 clubs. The AFC delegation also discussed in the meeting various matters related to logistics of hotels, Internet, transportation, communications and all matters concerning the organisation of the AFC Champions League matches next year.
