Jason lee returns with his favourite furry friends as the Chipmunks and Chipettes go overboard on a cruise and end up stranded on a deserted tropical island. Fans of Alvin and the Chipmunks (you know who you are) will be relieved to know that this third film in the series is far better than the 2009 sequel. Packed with squeaky songs and good-natured animated action, it’s bound to be diverting Christmas fun for the young ones.
