Hitman for hire Marcus Jones is on the run from the CIA, an international weapons dealer and numerous other nefarious types after being framed for a murder he didn’t commit. A typically unoriginal storyline is not helped by lacklustre direction, uninterested acting and boring fight scenes – yet another Wesley Snipes action film that should really have gone straight to DVD.
