The FIA GT1 World Championship series will be held at the Yas Marina Circuit on April 16 and 17, when six of the world's top sportscar manufacturers - Aston Martin, Corvette, Ford, Lamborghini, Maserati and Nissan - will be seen in action.

GT1 racing involves highly tuned versions of the cars that people drive every day on the streets. A pre-race trial determines what measures need to be taken to ensure equality between the different cars before the actual race.
