Community Market at Khalifa Park

The Municipality of Abu Dhabi City launched a Community Market initiative in Khalifa Park this past weekend - a platform where the families can exhibit a diverse range of products and homemade items and also participate in organized activities.

The inauguration was on Saturday 20th March 2010 and market activities will continue up to 30th April 2010. Hours will be 04.00 pm to 10.00 pm daily during the week, and until midnight on weekends.

A wide spectrum of family and community oriented activities and products will be on hand including games, adventures, live shows, sports quizzes, music, artistic shows, folklore, food and other recreational activities.

The visitors will also have access to a wide-range of homemade products, including: clothing, food products, handicrafts, traditional foods, perfumes, incense and a variety of other interesting items.
