THE One to ONE Hotel recently celebrated the opening of their new themed restaurant; 18 Oz American Bistro. Attended by Richard Eason, counsellor for Political and Economic Affairs at the US Embassy, the restaurant, which features chalkboard artwork, food and music to generate the atmosphere of a French street bistro crossed with American culture, welcomed a whole host of eager eaters to the opening.
