Since Rihan Heights came on the market last year it has become a popular choice for renters in the capital. Rihan Heights owners association manager Dana Awad tells us more.
Where is this new development located?
Rihan Heights is 20 minutes out of Abu Dhabi city at Arzanah, Zayed Sports City. It’s a ‘sanctuary’ away from the buzz of the city.
Describe the architecture and design.
In total there are five towers and 14 villas. The design allows for all units to be column free and for a continuous landscape deck, which houses the communal facilities. The grand lobbies are all eight metres high and are illuminated with bespoke chandeliers that were custom designed and handmade especially for the property.
The living areas are spacious with plenty of light coming in. From the branded kitchen appliances, Hansgrohe fittings, marble tiles, balconies and more, there’s a real sense of top quality and finish.
What options are available for renters?
There is a range of one, two, three bedrooms and penthouses that are available in different sizes. All units have designated underground parking.
What types of people live in Rihan Heights?
Occupants range from individuals living alone to families. Over thirty five different nationalities live here forming a mosaic of cultures and languages that coexist within the same community.
What facilities are available to tenants?
A range of recreational features including three large swimming pools, a children’s playground, barbeque area, gym, the Clubhouse, Spinney’s, a launderette and a pharmacy, with more retail outlets to open soon.
Is it possible to purchase an apartment?
Rihan Heights is in a non-investment zone. Only UAE nationals or legal entities wholly owned by them may purchase these apartments.
