Saadiyat Island may be the future cultural hub of Abu Dhabi, but it’s also home to various residences, with more in the pipeline.
Bloom Properties, a Bloom Holding subsidiary, recently announced its latest project, Soho Square, on the island.
The mixed-use urban development comprises residential, retail and commercial space.
Residences will range from studios and three-bedroom apartments to townhouses and penthouses – and units will be up for sale soon with attractive payment plans for potential buyers and investors. The development will also feature various amenities including restaurants, a pool and a fitness centre.
The project will be built next to NYU Abu Dhabi in what’s being billed as the University Neighbourhood of Saadiyat Island.
