History: Piper came to SAD initially as a puppy and was adopted quite quickly by a family in May 2009, but she was returned six months later when they realised they didn’t want such a young dog. Due to incorrect handling she has come to fear strangers – especially children, who she tends to barks at.
Personality: Piper is confident, happy and always ready for fun – she loves to run through sprinklers and play fetch! She’s also very quick to learn. Due to the previous family’s training, Piper is not suited to young children and will require further counter-conditioning to learn that strangers in the home are a good thing. Piper is house trained.
All SAD dogs are fully vaccinated and vet health checked.
