This all-star cast will have sci-fi fans weeping in delight with the eagerly anticipated arrival of this Star Trek ‘prequel’ to the big screen. Chronicling the early days of the USS Enterprise, the film boldly goes where no other Trekkie saga has gone before.
A headstrong young James Kirk (Pine) and a troubled young Spock (Quinto) begin life aboard the starship and have to deal with Starfleet’s rules and regulations with a fair few hiccups and scrapes.
Fans and new watchers alike will be swept along in this tale as the young Kirk battles to save the galaxy – aided of course by the faithful Spock.
As the latest addition to the iconic Star Trek saga, this sci-fi fantasy film certainly won’t disappoint. Wit fantastic visuals, amazing costumes make-up and some admirable acting from the entire crew, JJ Abrams does a convincing job. It’s Star Trek, everyone –and it’s exactly as we know and love it.
