Back for a second big screen outing, this time the Transformers tale travels to Egypt and France as Sam Witwicky (LaBeouf) finds himself caught up in the middle of a war between largerthan-life robots, the Autobots and the Deceptions.
Despite the film’s obvious attractions for a male audience (non-stop action, stunning visual effects, and of course, feisty females) it does in fact still appeal to the female side with a truly original and exciting plot. Steven Spielberg stepped up to produce the comic-book turned mega movie with Michael Bay – and the evidence is surely in this soon-to-be cult classic. Our advice? Catch up on the first Transformers film, otherwise you may end up rather confused ...
