Foodies of Abu Dhabi will soon be salivating when the Love Food Festival touches down in the emirate next year.

The family af-fare dedicated to all things edible will be making its debut in the emirate, with two dates set for Al Ain from 11th to 13th February and Abu Dhabi from 18th to 20th February.

The event will showcase a mix of over 30 international food trucks, street food vendors and gourmet dining options. In addition, the organisers intend to import some of Britain’s best street chefs to cook up some great eats for visitors.

The jam-packed programme will feature demonstrations from local and international chefs, as well as live music, and a feature dedicated to tea and cake.

An Arabic-themed relaxation zone will provide a retreat for festivalgoers, where they can sip on local coffee and enjoy
the falcon handling displays and henna art.

Little connoisseurs will also be covered, because there will be workshops for kids to get stuck in.

If you feel like your kitchen or pantry are missing a few ingredients, then there will also be a food and kitchenware market for food fans to browse throughout the event.

Love Food Festival is being hosted by Real Food Festivals, the organisers of last year’s inaugural Abu Dhabi Street Feast, which was hosted as part of Abu Dhabi Food Festival and attracted over 35,000 food-lovers across the emirate.
