Classic Japanese gets a Californian twist at Koi. The hip eatery recently launched a new ceviche menu featuring five signature seafood dishes. Expect the likes of Madai, Japanese sea bream with pickled daikon and eggplant and Ebi, a herb and miso dressed white shrimp with mango, sundried tomatoes, black olives and crispy wonton.
