Cityscape Abu Dhabi returns to the capital, inviting property developers and investors alike to showcase their latest and greatest projects. This three-day event is a chance for UAE-based companies, along with international businesses to not only display their current developments, but a chance for other investors and developers to network and collaborate with future partners.
Now in its eighth year, the exhibition for all things real estate has certainly set the foundations of a beneficial annual event. The Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre (ADNEC) will see more than 120 exhibitors from countries far and wide, including Turkey, India, Russia, UK, USA and Qatar.

23rd April 2014
VIP Networking Reception at Shangri-La, Qaryat Al Beri
The evening of the 23rd will provide a platform for influential decision makers, international investors, developers, architects, designers and consultants to meet, exchange ideas and share development updates. From 7.30pm, all guests can enjoy the relaxed and informal setting of the hotel.
Sandscape
Hosted in association with the Abu Dhabi Urban Planning Council, Cityscape Abu Dhabi sponsored by Pasco will incorporate a sand-sculpting feature in the exhibition itself. Over a course of three days, visitors will have the opportunity to watch key artists re-creating, out of sand, Abu Dhabi’s most iconic buildings and heritage sites.
With Abu Dhabi property being a hot topic on everyone’s lips right now, it’s no wonder the show is expecting large crowds – both exhibitors and visitors.
“For the first time since 2009, Cityscape Abu Dhabi is growing again,” said Wouter Molman, director of Cityscape Group at Informa Exhibitions. “The year-on-year growth in pre-registered visitors so far at the show is a strong indicator of how the Abu Dhabi real estate market has been performing over the last 12 months.
“Cityscape Abu Dhabi attracted more than 15,000 participants in 2013 and early indications are that we will see a double digit increase of visitors this year to match the growth of the show, which itself will grow by between 10-20 per cent,” explained Molman.
